Commentary on the Psalms
In Latin with parallel English translation. Thomas brings out the typological significance of the Psalms and their pointing toward Christ. See his commentary on Psalm 21 for one of our favorite quotes: "Per cor Christi intelligitur sacra Scriptura, quae manifestat cor Christi: By the heart of Christ is understood Holy Scripture, which manifests the heart of Christ." Thomas' Catena Aurea on the Gospels
"The Golden Chain" is a series of passages from the Church fathers, woven together by the great Thomas to form a running commentary on the Gospels. A work in progress on the web, so far this on-line edition includes the Gospels of Matthew and Mark.
Thomas' Commentaries on the Letters of Paul
The unpublished translations by Father Fabian Larcher are not critical editions (i.e., with footnotes, using the most critically up-to-date Latin text etc.) - however they are an excellent resource. Father Larcher also offers a a fine introduction to Thomas' method of biblical interpretation. Made available by the Aquinas Center for Theological Renewal at Ave Maria University.
